MeshCouture
Photorealistic 3D render of a champagne gold silk evening gown in motion, designed digitally by MeshCouture

Digital Garment Design Studio

From sketch to photoreal garment — without a single stitch.

MeshCouture engineers production-ready 3D garments in Clo3D and Marvelous Designer — fit, drape, and fabric behaviour resolved entirely in simulation. No physical samples. Just digital craft that feels impossibly real.

The Studio

The garment exists before the fabric does.

MeshCouture is a studio of garment technologists and 3D artists who treat simulation as the source of truth. Every piece begins as a pattern and ends as a photorealistic garment your pattern room can manufacture from directly.

Brands come to us when the sample calendar becomes the bottleneck. They leave with garments that are fitted, graded, and camera-ready before the first physical prototype exists.

Capabilities

Three disciplines, one pipeline.

Every engagement runs through the same digital thread: pattern, simulation, presentation.

3D Garment Design

From sketch, tech pack, or reference image to a fully engineered digital garment — patterns, grading, and construction included.

Process

From brief to final render.

  1. 01

    Sketch intake

Sketches, tech packs, or references — we align on silhouette, fabric, and fit intent before a pattern is drafted.

  2. 02

    Pattern engineering

Patterns are drafted and graded digitally, engineered for the avatar and fabric they will live on.

  3. 03

    Simulation & fit

Cloth behaviour, tension maps, and drape are validated in Clo3D and Marvelous Designer until the fit reads true.

  4. 04

    Render & delivery

Production-ready project files, turntables, and campaign-grade imagery — delivered in days, not sample rounds.
